We come to your home and meet with you to design the kitchen of your dreams. We'll take measurements, and select woods, colors, countertops, and other customized options needed to create the perfect space.
Once the design is complete, we provide you with a 3D picture of what the finished project will look like.

Wood Interiors began in 2006 with a primary focus on custom woodworking. Our mission was to help turn houses into homes. The kitchen is where your family spends the most time and that's where our primary focus is.
We've built custom kitchens for customers in Roseau, Rainy Lake, Bemidji, Baudette, International Falls, and all across Northern MN.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the process work?
After we have done the designs and you approve the proposal a deposit gets you on the schedule. A 50% deposit is due before we start ordering your supplies. We will set an install date and the balance of the total is due when everything is completed.
When do I need to have everything picked out?
We will work with you on decisions. We will let you know in advance when we need stain colors, handles, countertops, etc.
I’m having trouble making up my mind, now what?
We want you to love your new kitchen, we will help you and give you the time you need.
What kind of wood do you use?
Anything with leaves. Or almost. We can get wood from almost anywhere so we have options.
What kind of countertops do you use?
We highly recommend Cambria, Quartz countertops. We can also do Granite, and Soapstone.
When do I need to buy my appliances?
As long as you have them picked out and the model numbers sent to us before we start actually building we are good. If you change your mind and we have to rebuild something we will charge an hourly rate for the additional labor.
Can you install my range hood?
Yes. If it is there when we complete the job we will install it for you at an additional charge.
Can you install my dishwasher?
We can put it in place but we cannot hook up the water or electric (unless it is a plug-in).
Do I have to find a sink and faucet?
We will provide you with options and help you choose a sink and faucet.
We do have access to most faucets. If you pick one out we can probably order it for you. Or you can get one yourself as long as it is on-site before the installation date. But don’t buy cheap. Good kitchen faucets are expensive, but they are worth it.
Can you hook up the sink?
Sorry, you will need to call a plumber to do that or do it yourself.
What about handles or knobs?
We provide a full range of hardware for you to choose from.
Does the new floor need to be done first?
That depends on the type of floor. All laminates and floating floors need to go in afterward. Real hardwoods, ceramic tile, and vinyl floors can go in before the cabinets.
How long does it take to get my new kitchen?
That all depends on our schedule. Sometimes a month sometimes a lot more. But it’s never to early to start.
